Q: How do I unpack and prepare my delicious Maryland Crab Cakes?
A: Just follow these simple cooking instructions to get the most enjoyment
out of your gourment crab cakes.
- Cut the vacuum sealed bag with a pair scissors or a razor, and then remove the crab
cakes from the vacuum sealed bag.
- Slow thaw the crab cakes in a refrigerator. It is cery important NOT to let the
crab cakes thaw at room temperature in order to keep them fresh and to prevent a watery consistency.
- Preheat your oven to 450° Farenheit
- Place the crab cakes on greased cookie sheet
- Cook at 450° Farenheit for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown & firm.
